1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Chameleon: Hide & Seek (the “Game”), developed and published by Ale Mama Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Game complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are under the age required by the laws of your country to use online services, you should obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before using the Game.
3. User Account
Some features of the Game may require you to create an account or sign in through supported authentication services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and for all activities performed through your account.
You must not impersonate another person, use another player’s account, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or Game services.

The Game includes online multiplayer functionality.
By using the Game, you agree to play fairly and respect other players.
The following activities are prohibited:
- using cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized software;
- exploiting bugs or glitches;
- modifying the Game client or attempting to bypass security measures;
- intentionally disrupting gameplay or other players’ experience;
- interfering with the operation of the Game or its servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to online services for players who violate these Terms.
The Game uses Unity Gaming Services to provide certain online features, including multiplayer functionality. These services are subject to Unity’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual items or cosmetic content.
All purchases are processed through the applicable platform provider (such as Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to the platform provider’s payment policies.
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game unless explicitly permitted.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue virtual items or in-game content at any time.
6. Advertisements
The Game may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.
We are not responsible for the content or availability of advertisements provided by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its software, graphics, artwork, characters, animations, sounds, music, trademarks, logos, and all other content, is the property of Ale Mama Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- copy;
- reproduce;
- modify;
- distribute;
- reverse engineer;
- decompile;
- commercially exploit
any part of the Game without our prior written permission.
8. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game or its services at any time without prior notice.
Certain features may require you to install the latest version of the Game.
9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ale Mama Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game or its online services if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that negatively affect the Game, its services, or other players.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available together with the updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Game after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
