In-Game Communication (Chat Data)
When you use the in-game chat feature, we collect and process:
- text contents of messages sent in the chat;
- game progress;
- player identifier or nickname;
- timestamps of sent messages.
This chat data is processed directly on our own dedicated servers to enable player-to-player communication, enforce community guidelines, and maintain user safety. We do not collect IP addresses or unique device identifiers in connection with your in-game chat activity.
Device and Technical Information
We may automatically collect technical information, including:
- device model and hardware specifications;
- operating system version;
- application version;
- language settings;
- diagnostic, crash, and performance information.
This information helps us maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the Game.

Unity Services

Apple & Google Platform Services
The Game uses Apple App Store Services and Google Play Services for account authentication, achievements, and in-app purchase processing.
In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases.
All financial transactions and payments are processed exclusively by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). We do not collect, process, or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- provide and maintain the Game;
- enable multiplayer functionality and in-game chat communication;
- manage player accounts and save progress;
- process in-app purchases;
- display advertisements;
- monitor, moderate, and protect players against abuse, harassment, and inappropriate behavior in the chat;
- improve game performance;
- fix bugs and technical issues.
Data Retention & Account Deletion
Chat messages, player identifiers, and associated timestamps are retained on our servers for up to six (6) months for moderation, security, and safety compliance purposes. After this 6-month period, chat logs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
Account & Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time. To request data or account deletion, please contact us at dev@alemamastudio.eu with your player ID or nickname. Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and permanently erase all your stored account data from our servers within 30 days.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with third-party service providers necessary to operate and improve the Game (such as Unity, Apple, and Google). These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. Chat data hosted on our servers is not sold or shared with external third-party advertisers.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
The Game is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
